I-134 Documents: Notarized? (Mexico)
In addition to the actual !-134 form, which attached documents (tax returns, pay
stubs, bank statements, etc.) need to be notarized? Also, are plain copies of tax
returns acceptable, or do they need to be "certified".
Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Thanks, Rich

Re: I-134 Documents: Notarized? (Mexico)
I don't know if tax returns need to be notarized or not (no consensus seems to have been reached on that) but other than that, only the I-134 form itself needs to be notarized. What I did was have a notary sign a statement I signed affirming that the tax returns I was submitting were indeed true and exact copies of those I had submitted to the IRS.
As I said, I don't know if notarization is necessary or not--we've had conflicting reports, but I figured I'd be safe rather than sorry.

We just got married after going through the Cd. Juarez embassy process. Drop me a
line if you need more advice...it's all fresh to me.
