The instructions for the I-134 tell me that I need a letter from my bank. I've read
in several threads recently that I don't need the bank letter if I make enough salary
(which I do). These threads also said I don't need to describe any assets.

Do I just fill in my salary and leave all the other spaces blank? Do I write "N/A" or
Not Required in the spaces for information on stocks, bonds, assets, property, etc.?
I have some stocks, should I just include them anyway, and if I do do I need to list
them on a separate sheet of paper like I would bonds? I own my house, and probably
have a few grand worth of equity, but I'd have to estimate the value or get a
professional appraisal. I don't really want to do a complete financial statement
right now, but I don't want to leave blank spaces that might draw unwanted attention
from the INS.

I'm sending copies of my last three tax returns with it, even though I think I don't
need them. I understand that some consulates want that. Better safe than sorry.

Please just clarify how I'm *really* supposed to fill out this form. TIA.

You need a letter from your employer. OR recent paystubs.

For the items you do not wish to divulge, a simple 0.00 will suffice.

See this page for more details. http://pages.prodigy.net/alixtcat/forms/i-134nfo.htm

Thank you. I had looked for a specific I-134 page, but... I think it's very possible
you have directed me to the only immigration related page I haven't read <g>
