I-134 and childsupport
can I count my child support as income on the I-134 I only work part
time and fall $600 short of the 125% of poverty level.I get $1300 a
month in child support tho and I didnt count that,can I?

Rete.. not all embassies accept the child support. It is considered income for the child not the parent. Buenos Aires for example does not accept child support.
Find out first if your consualte accepts it.

I just wanted to take a minute to say that I appreciate ALL of the
information you all contribute to this NG. I read the posts for
entertainment!! (lol, what a lonely life I lead!!). Seriously, I could not
have even submitted my I-129F petition without you guys. I'm looking forward
to getting thru AOS, EAD, SS card and, AP with your help and input. Thanks
again!!

Jockgurl's fiancee is in Dorset, UK.
However, you are correct. I should have added the words:
Child support that is court mandated is allowed to be used as income in many US Consulate. Check with yours to be sure.
