Default I-131 as part of AOS

I have seen alot of people recommend filing for the I-131 when applying for AOS from a K1, would i be applying for this as an advance parole document, not a reentry permit? and also it asks for alot of information for an upcoming travel arrangements, to which i don't have and dont plan on having any until my AOS is complete, so do i just leave this blank? Or is it even worth the hassle?

There is no hassle in completing the form and since it is already paid for, no reason why you shouldn't complete it.

Reason for needing it: Emergency travel if there is family illness.

There you go, done and dusted.

Correct.

Correct.

Don't leave things blank! If you don't have any travel dates, make them up. It's not like anyone is going to check, verify, or hold you to them!

Or is it even worth the hassle?
What hassle? It's a form you fill out... and it's already included free as part of the AOS fee. What happens if someone in the UK dies suddenly and you need to attend a funeral. If you leave the US without Advance Parole, your AOS is deemed abandoned... and you have to start over again - this time by getting a spouse visa.

General comment: it is possible to make a statement of future plans and then "change your mind." IOW, setting forth a trip on February 1, 2016 to return on February 14, 2016 is not "fraud" or "misrepresentation" if one does not travel.
