I-130 when my sponsor changes status
My husband, as a permanent resident has petitioned me for a green card
almost 3 years ago. The I-130 petition has been approved and we are just
waiting for the priority date to eb available. Two months ago he has applied
for his citizenship. Once he becomes a citizen, hopefully soon, and I need
to file for AOS, do I have to file a new I-130 petition or can I use the
already approved one. Who do I have to inform that I need an upgrade in my
I-130 application, INS or the National Visa Center?
