I-130 topic - Has anybody completed DS-3032 Choice of Agent form

Has anybody else had to feel this form and for those who had to feel out this form,
how long did it take for you to get the next bit of information, I assume packet 3.
Its been 30 days since I sent the form in and they say it has not been intered into
the computer yet. This is suppose to be new, and I told the person who answered the
phone that this only prolongs the processing of my spouse. She said its due the
undelivered mail problems to the waiting spouses in their country, so they want to
make sure they send all info to just one reliable address.
