Hi Group
Im stuck already!?
I-130 Q.51 is related to employment and I am currently self employed either direct to my clients or via employement agencies in UK and have worked this way for 25 years.
When I return in a few days I may or may not have an assignment to slot into immediately.
Im unsure how to complete this Q. Should I state self employed and provide my home address as this is my office address. I’m guessing state my home/office address.
Edit: I see I-130A requires employment history. Should I name clients I’ve done recent work for, assignments last only about 3 month on average or explain my self employment at end of the document.
Many thanks

Self-employed. If work mail comes to your home address, that's the work address.
I don't think you need to state specific clients.

i completed the I-130 and it was approved recently. I am self-employed IT consultant.
I stated my companies name rather than my clients, used my home address (as this is my companies registered address) and stated my job title as director.

Thanks for the replies.
I don’t operate a Ltd Company anymore due to IR30 ruling so opted for CIS. I’ll go with that. Thanks again.
