I-130 Question
I live in the Cleveland District and will post my petition in the next
few days. Is there a choice in submitting to Cleveland or Nebraska?
If so, is it advised to file to the Nebraska Service Centre instead of
the Cleveland Office??

No choice. Your I-130 petition should be sent to the appropriate service center, not to a district or sub office.
