Does anyone know of the current processing times for I-130 forms? I filed for my wife on
June 2000 and got my first noticed of action late July 2000 from the Texas Service Center.
Thanks.

Does anyone know of the current processing times for I-130 forms? 1 year (+/-) 4 months
covers the complete range of times. And BTW, are you able to search for words and phrases
in this newsgroup ? It is a great way to browse.

http://starwind7.home.att.net/immigr...immigrate.html hey there, check out the
above site which has some quite useful information, however, i am not sure whether it is
up to date. I am actually trying to find out the same info that you are. Apparently, a
method called "direct consular filing" (where both you and your spouse go in to file the
I-130). I am not sure where it is available however.
