Got married 2 1/2 years ago to a US Citizen and need to file the I-130, AOS,
EAD etc...

Are there any current sites, or does anyone have any current information as
to what I need to file with the documents, to make sure we do not miss or
forget to include anything in the packets.

Any help would be greatful.

Also, I noticed the USCIS is processing EADs from less than 2 months ago,
does this mean as soon as I get a receipt, it would be two months or less
before I could get my EAD?

but can't find any referance to the FAQ?

An EAD in 2 months??,Mine took 6 months, I know others who got it in less than 3 months, Hope you get yours soon!

Ours took about 3.5 months.
I think the time depends a LOT on what Center is processing your application.
