OK

Three I-130's -- one for each kid.

Since the marriage took place before kids reached 18, they fall under the "step-children" rubric.

To immigrate as "children" the general rule is that they have to come to US before age 21. [Note that both 18 and 21 enter into the equation].

Do note that age 21 is influenced by the "CSPA" legislation.

I have no idea why someone mentioned the "F-4" classification.

Because "someone" screwed up. It would be F1 if the children go over 21, after considering CSPA, if they remain unmarried.
