As for your wife's possible pregnancy, it only shows that you had physical relations. It certainly does not indicate that you have a marriage.
Agree mine is not simple one, and wanted to see if anyone else faced the appeal process, so I got some good info from country_canuck. That was the intend. I am educating myself because that IO simply going to send us "decline" letter. I know it is going to get worse before it gets better, but wanted to understand how worst it could get.
My current lawyer is less knowledgeable than some of the members in this group. I was reading lot of posts, they are all informative.

Guys
Do you guys know any good lawyers in Houston area who can handle appeal process? I found my current lawyer in aila.org

Do a search for Folinskyinla as the poster and Texas, attorney for words. He often recommended a particular attorney in Texas to others.
