FYI:
Received NOA from INS CSC for I-129F indicating May 23rd approval and cabling to US
Embassy in Manila.
INS CSC computer reports petition actually sent from INS CSC on June 26th at 8:32am.
INS official indicated that it could take 1-4 months to arrive at embassy.
As of July 11th, the US Embassy in Manila has no record of receiving this petition.
