Default I-129F questions

I'm sending I-129F for my wife and child (K-3 and K-4 visas). Seems kind of
unusual not to send copies of previous divorces. Couldn't find any
requirement in instruction.
Also, who I'm writing check to: BCIS or USCIS?
Looks like an immigration web site has a new name since yesterday:

"Starting November 3, customers visiting our former web addresses, such as
www.immigration.gov or www.bcis.gov, will be redirected to uscis.gov."

http://uscis.gov/graphics/index.htm

Thanks for response.

Yes, the BCIS has changed its name to USCIS. I believe the new
acronym is pronounced "u-cis" which rhymes with "useless."

Send official copies of previous divorces. It's better to send it and not need it than to have your case delayed because of it... Good luck!

I phoned the USCIS today to ask this very question, they replied all filing fees are now to be made payable to the 'Department for Homeland Security'.
