Default I-129f question

got my noa for I-130 from tsc early Dec 2003. Sent I-129f on Jan 23. No NOA as of today yet.
I want to know if I just sit and wait till 2nd noa or further along the process to get other papers ready or is there something I should be gathering, ie. documentation, forms, etc. to help expedite my husband's arrival to the US.
I'll appreciate your assistance
Martha

He could get his police certificate.
He could fill out the forms and gather the documents packet 3 requests, but the requirements varies from one consulate to another.
It is better to wait for the NOA2, packet 3 then move further
Lets pray for a speedy process!!
Take care!!

Hey martha, I though I would explain the whole K3 process to you, so you dont get confused as when to fill packet 3 ok?

Once MSC/NBC (Missouri Service Center/National Benefit Center) approves your case(NOA2), it is forwarded to NVC (National visa center), then from there it goes to the consulate abroad, once the consulate receives the approved case, they send out packet 3 to the beneficiary(your husband), The beneficiary returns packet 3, the embassy receives it and schedules an interview at the earliest possible date.
Every consulate is different, they require different forms, so I think is better for you to wait until your husband receives packet 3, You still far from this stage, relax!!
The forms required by the consulate I went thru (Madrid, Spain) were:
Go to www.visapro.com and do a search under the listed forms
DS-156 (duplicated and DONT sign or DATED)
DS-230 Part I
Affidavit of support (I-134)
Your husband will also need DS-157 (only required for males)

In the packet your husband will find the instructions and checklist of the documents required to show at the interview.. But Like I said before, Relax until you get the NOA2!!
If you need anything else PM me
Take care!!
