Actually, Nebraska service center has a new report which was out on January 1, 2004.

For the I-129f the date is: July 21, 2003

I found it on the AILA web page.

This is good news, we got our first NOA on Sept 9th. Hopefully only another month of waiting!

It's like watching a horse race, with Vermont clearly in the lead!!! I can't believe how slow TSC has gotten. Glad to be out of there!

I sure hope you hear something soon!! It seems NSC had been working on quite a few petitions from earlier months throughout the month of December, presumably trying to clean out the backlog from April, May and June. Here's hoping they get that cleaned up soon and get moving forward!

Good Luck to You!!

I guess everything is how you see it in perspective.

I feel bad now that i've been stressing over my i129f at vermont (noa1 nov 4, 60+ days sofar) when you read that NSC takes a full month to move forward one week, thats just insane.

I can but imagine what happens when you are on day 180 and you havent gotten any word, pure insanity.

They always are why couldn't my fiancee live in another State so we could file through there!

Those Vermont workers are like the immigration front runners, they should get a pat on the back!

Hello All,

Ok so I'm in California and ready to apply for k1 for my fience. Looks like I'm gonna have to go through California Service Center but what if I applyed in Vermont? Will my file be rejected? Can I just tell my lawyer to apply through Vermont? Is that ok to do?

You have to apply to the service centre that covers the area you live in.
