Actually, Nebraska service center has a new report which was out on January 1, 2004.
For the I-129f the date is: July 21, 2003
I found it on the AILA web page.

I guess everything is how you see it in perspective.
I feel bad now that i've been stressing over my i129f at vermont (noa1 nov 4, 60+ days sofar) when you read that NSC takes a full month to move forward one week, thats just insane.
I can but imagine what happens when you are on day 180 and you havent gotten any word, pure insanity.

Those Vermont workers are like the immigration front runners, they should get a pat on the back!

Hello All,
Ok so I'm in California and ready to apply for k1 for my fience. Looks like I'm gonna have to go through California Service Center but what if I applyed in Vermont? Will my file be rejected? Can I just tell my lawyer to apply through Vermont? Is that ok to do?
