Default I-129f photo question?

Hi everyone,
A few of you will be familiar with my case so I will not repeat it.
My fiance has just submitted all the paperwork for the K-1 process in California.
My 2 photographs I submitted are not fully front view, its very, very straight but only my left ear is not visible.
I am very worried because this could delay the process, will this effect my first notification which my fiance should recieve within 2 weeks? Is there anything I should do?
Any help will be appreciated,
thankyou.

Hi eiman,

At this point, there isn't anything you can do. Just wait to see if they send an RFE for new pictures. I'd give it several weeks.

Congrats on starting the process!

Best Wishes,
Rene

Hi Noorah,
thanks for the response, will they still send the first notification that theyve recieved my application within 2 weeks?

My first I-129f Petition arrived back 3 weeks after I sent it the first
time!

I forgot to sign the I-129F!

I sent it back immediately, Dec 22, and had an approved petition on Jan 9.
