HUGE jump in AOS processing dates NYC USCIS
Check
https://egov.immigration.gov/graphic...ectedOffice=49
Last time I checked (about a week ago) NYC USCIS was processing AOS
applications from October 2001.
Now suddenly they've jumped to 28 June 2003.
Could NYC have jumped from a 25 month timeline to a 17 month timeline
in the space of a month? That's a hell of a job if true. I suspect it
isn't....
Anyone have any thoughts?
Cheers
Marco

It says June 28, 2002 not 2003.
Anyway - I wouldn't trust these reports. I've accessed them a few times and often get screwy results. I think the software used to generate them hasn't bedded down yet.

Hi! I'm actor Troy McClure. You may remember me from such threads as
'Re: HUGE jump in AOS processing dates NYC USCIS' and 'Peter Newton:
tasty but deadly.'
>It says June 28, 2002 not 2003.

My bad, typo on my part. Still - 17 months versus 25 months only a few
weeks ago. I wonder what gives? Is it really 'bad software' as you
suggest? My online case filings for EAD and AP have been super-super
accurate so far....
Hoping against hope, but resigend to discovering it's a mistake. This
is, after all, the USCIS.
Cheers,
Marco

Absolutely- the online status seems to be fairly accurate. However the processing time reports seem screwed up. I have downloaded the NYC one and seen 3 different dates for I-485 all on the same page!
