How soon can my alien wife leave after the K-3 Interview?...k3

Hey Everybody,

I just got my first NOA for the K-3 visa today. I want to be with my wife during the
K-3 Interview then fly back to the US with her by my side. Can she fly with me the
day of the interview or should I plan for a 2nd trip?

As far as i'm aware, your wife will be able to return with you after her interview.

Yes , she will be able to return with you the same day .... aslong as all your documentation is in order and the visa is stamped in her passport.

I attended the K-3 interview with my husband at the American Embassy in London. As long as your wife is approved and has her K-3 Visa stamp in her passport, she can leave with you that day.
