Hi, I just received US Citizenship and would like to have both my parents and my
brother and sister (both under 21 and unmarried) (4 people) immigrate to the US. I
understand that requires filing the I-130 at the local INS office. My question is
whether I need to file one I-130 application or four I-130 applications (one for each
family member).

Thanks in advance, -Pascal

Just a little warning to ya. You're more likely to get flamed than helped here. This
board is full of xenophobes who'll probably tell you to go back to whatever country
you originally came form.

My advice would be to ask the INS or an immigration attorney. Good luck.

You will need 4 separate applications. FYI - your parents will be considered
immediate relatives, and those applications will be processed much faster (within a
year) than those of your brothers and sister, which would fall into the 4th
preference category (about a 12 year wait) It might be faster if your parents file an
application to sponsor their children once they receive their Green Cards (about 5
years, if they are still under 21) See this website
