Default How Long Does Dcf Take In London?

ok guys here is the situation, my us fiance is just about ready to
post all the K1 documents to the TSC but just before he does got one
quick question. Now my fiance owns his own company in the states for
a start - had to tell you this because of the question - if he applied
to the british consulate in the states for a fiance visa to come here
to england and marry me here and then we took the dcf path, how long
would the total process take - is it much shorter in time than the K1?
he could be here on company business but on the other hand he couldnt
stay too long because obviously he needs to be there also to run his
company. we know that he has to have leave to remain here to marry me
in england but that could be on company business could it not? just
wondering if its a faster approach to the whole thing rather than the
K1??

just looking at the possibilities

thanks for any input

It takes as long as it takes. I'm not sure I'd say it is 'faster' than a K1 in terms of you getting into the US. It is faster in getting the green card/PR status. It depends on what your priority is.
It would most certainly be more expensive, and by following the UK fiance route, may take longer than other accounts you've read (time to marry = 4 weeks + time to change status in UK etc).
I'm not sure what you mean by 'company business' & what it has to do with the marriage equation.
