Default How hard is to get advance parole at Newark?

Hi,

My wife needs to travel abroad and she already filed for AOS and got
the receipt. We're concern that the INS might deny her the advance
parole. Any advise?

TIA

Newark has been good about giving advance parole the last few years. My suggestion is since she already filed for AOS and apparently without including form I-131 for advance parole, go to Newark in person and file it. If she is lucky and has the plane tickets already, she might walk out with the A/P in hand.

You can check out the filing experiences for Newark at:
