How do I know when my I-485 approval date was?
How do I know when my I-485 approval date was? Can I call INS and ask
them what the date was?
Or is it simply the date my GC was issued?(the "since" date)

Just check your approval notice...

It _should_ be the same. However, it is not unusual that CIS makes a mistake on
the card.
