I'm American and he is Canadian. We met online. We were on the same email mailing list. It took a year for him to admit his feelings. One month after he admitted his feelings, he flew out to DC from Vancouver, BC in November 97.
I flew out to Vancouver to visit him in March 98. I moved out to the Pacific NW in August 98. We got engaged in Feb 2000 and were married in Las Vegas on 12/11/01

I moved to Illinois from Michigan for a job after school, and after about a
year of not meeting anyone I decided to place and answer some AOL personal ads.
I went on some really terrible dates and then saw my fiance's ad. He sounded
interesting being that he was from Australia. He was so cute, too. He was here
on a work visa and was also looking for someone to hang out with and do stuff
with. Well, we met after a few e-mails and IMs and the sparks flew. We pretty
much new that we had found the one. We were together for 4 months before his
visa was up and he had to go back to AU. 4 months later he visited and
proposed, and we started working on the K1. Since then I have visited AU, and
the wedding is November 15!

Really? I have been reading your post over the last 3 months. Somehow this
makes sense. Going off your previous post I always imagined the only way you
could get a woman was to sneak up on her with a Bear trap. I never
considered you could pay some poor desperate (I use that term to it's
fullest) Russian girl to do the dirty deed.

If you notice looking at the full headers, this was posted by someone
with a Comcast account and using Outlook Express.
I post using Netscape (Mozilla) and my ISP is not Comcast.

I have posted previously on how I met my wife.

1. I have never traveled to Russia on business
2. My first face to face meeting with my wife was in Las Vegas
3. I don't drink
4. I have never flown from Russia to LAX, I live about 400 miles north
of LA.
Internationally, I usually fly from San Francisco.

You are a ****ing idiot, and by tomorrow, I will know who your are.
Sleep tightly......... Your nightmare begins soon.

It was a bad forgery. He didn't even use the browser I use to post. Look
at the full headers on all of my post and you will see that I don't use
Outlook.
I have previously posted how we met and it has nothing to do with a
business trip to Moscow.
BTW, we met in Las Vegas. My wife worked for a high tech company based
in the silly valley, which is not near LA, so why would I fly into
LAX........... We met in Vegas. She was on a corporate trip, not me.

BTW, comparing posts, the person who forged my name to that post also
forged Mrs. Blackross's under
"Re: U.S. male Citizen seeks marriage so you can get green card"

To that stupid person. You have posted using a VALID return email
address belonging to me.
It is not a fake address, so I will seek redress.

So, Mr. Dodge,

Based on your full headers, it appears that you have forged both my
email address (in the post below) and that of Mrs Blackross in an
earlier posting. Comcast has been notified.

The real Mr. T.

This is a forgery. He also forged Mrs Blackross's name on another post.
It was done by someone whose recent post are under
"Dodge"

His name is Brian.. He lives in Michigan

It looks like Mark, [email protected] is the culprit in this
forgery.

I think that [email protected] should be hung from the nearest tree and stoned for ruining such a good thread. He obviously needs to find a good woman to stop him wasting his time being such a prat, possibly though his mental age will stop him from striking up a friendship with anyone.

No, it was a sucky job. Turns out it wasn't Mr. Dodge..
But.. it was close. I took too much of a coincidence that his headers
were similar to the ones in the post.
It turns out it was Mark

I wrote to ALOT of people as pen pals and talked about Jesus. Never
intended to get involved into a deep relationship. My wife and I
mailed and after about a year I got online with webtv and gave her my
address reluctantly after 2 months. We called each other from time
to time in between. About 6 months after we emailed I talked to
her on the phone and at the end of the conversation the words 'I love
you ' popped out of my mouth. I was shocked at it and she was
speechless. After thinking about it it seemed to come from the heart so
I went with it. This was back in April 2000. The following year I went
to the Philippines to see her for her birthday and wound up proposing.
I went back last December and we married. Now she has been here Since
Sept 21.

I can say I never intended to get married in my lifetime and there are
still people who are baffled with the fact that I am married.
Sometimes I still am also but all in all I think it is a good thing.

glad it's not just me this person is doing this to. really pisses me off.
with my posts he got the headers ALMOST right..except the path was totally
different as well as the version of outlook that I use to post.
