UPDATE
Just thought I should post a little addendum to this thread:
No NOA 2 in sight so far (no change of online status / phone status, etc.)
BUT
Fiancé got the letter from NVC today- the darned little thing is about to travel to Frankfurt.
Oh happy day.
That's what I call quick!

Rebecca, congrats again and we look forward to hearing from you that you got packet #3 quickly. You are fortunate now - I should reckon - since you hit the off-season time with the consulate in F'furt. All the au-pairs and exchange students should have been dealt with by now. :-)
