Default help what does this mean

Hi on oct 2 2007 the uscis received my petiton for i129f fiance visa i keep checking there web site for any updates and today i saw that they have updated my case but its still the same it said Your case may have a new "Last Updated" date and you may receive an Email Notification of your case being updated, without the status of the case changing. This is due to internal USCIS processing being performed on your Case. This will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date, but may not result in a different status message.

It just means someone did something with your file. Maybe they moved it from a shelf to a desk. Maybe an officer opened it up and looked at it. There's no way of knowing what it means when your case has been "touched", just that someone, somewhere, did something with your file.
