Default Help!!!! Removing Conditions Question

Okay I am all prepared (well I thought) to remove the conditions with my husband but I have read a few posts here and confused myself.

My husband received hid card, do we file 90 days from the expiration of the card? He did not receive a passport stamp. We were told at our AOS interview we would be notified (they gave no decision) so I am not sure of the exact approval date. Would that be the expiration date of his card???
Or the date of the welcome letter if different.

We had an attoney but will file this one on our own.

Thanks

You'll file within the 90 day window of the expiration of his 2-year card. Actually, it's 2 years minus 90 days from the date of PR approval.

Best Wishes,
Rene

aka 90 days before the card itself expires (printed on the front of the card).
