Help please -I134 or I864?
Which form do I need for Affidavit support 134 or 864 for petition for
fiancee? Regarding the letter form my employer, does it have to be my
boss, or just anyone in Humman Resource?
I know that I will be a long time until my petition is being approved.
I'm going at CSC and my first NOA is Jan 13th. Should I go a head
and do the Affidavit support now, or wait until being approved? The
reason I ask because I still have a job now, but I'm afraid I will get
laid off at the time comes.
Thanks so much for your help,
tini

Generally, the I-134; however, each Consulate has it's own requirements.
What country?
