I'm pretty sure there is information in the BE Wiki. Also if you use the search function to search this forum you should be able to pull up the past threads on the subject...there have been many. ;)

Probably a better place to ask this question,....or to browse around.

Though you might want to get US citizenship first before moving back if you haven't already done so.

That wiki has already been given to the OP in previous threads about this - one last week, and one 24 hours ago.

Thank you for all your support who gave it. Just did not understand which one to go for. Any how been in contact with a Uk Immigration Firm. Who is working on our return to the UK.

I think it'd be waste of money. The UK Spouse visa is easy enough to apply for on your own, it's much easier than the US procedure insofar as it is all one form and it's quicker (there's no 'petition' part of the process, you just apply for the visa and get it, well in 99% of cases for Brit/American couples you do). You can even expedite the visa for an extra cost and get it as quick as a week. Your DH will need to go and get his biometrics done (USCIS offices act as an agent for the British Consulates to do this) but there's no medical and I don't think he has to provide a police certificate.

Absolutely sound advice for you to make sure you get your US citizenship before you go. Also, if you are bringing animals to the UK, the rules about that are changing (becoming much easier) after January so it would be better to move after that.

I agree, using a firm is for when you have difficult or hard to prove circumstances. Yours doesn't sound like that at all.
I do however think UK-Yankee forum could be a wealth of information.
