Default Help: K2 visa and child's father

I have brought this this topic up, and wanted some insight on my dilemma.

My Fiancé (Ukraine) x-husband is a complete scum bag. Does not visit,
support, nor help in any why with his child. I fact, has not even seen his
son in two years. My question is, he has no idea of my ladies plan to come
to the States, and marry me. At my fiancé's interview in Warsaw, could she
state that she has not seen her child's father in years, and had know idea
were he is? this is the facts any way. He has phoned her, and threatened
her, he's a crook, ect... but what will the USA want to issue a K2 for the
child's mother?

Any ideas?

Thank you again, you all are a great help

Of my experience with the U.S. Consulate in Canada, I had to have a
document showing that I had custody of my son AND that his father was
aware that he would be immigrating to the U.S. and was giving his
permission for his son to immigrate.
