That is weird.. A group for men married to women from Eastern Europe,
the CIS states, Canada, or the "Pacific area"??

Why not the rest of the world??

I think there's this... camaraderie... among men with mail order brides or brides from either Asia or Eastern Europe/Russia. It's this trend that boomed and has created a bit of a sociological event.
Some people look down on this as an illusion or commercialisation of love and some couples have found true bliss and wish to validate this process... some of us who also met our loves in cyberspace can relate, as we find ourselves justifying our relationship to interviewers in consulates and service centers -or even friends or family- who can't accept this as a viable way of meeting someone (as opposed to picking them up in a pub)...

I think all of us with unusual experiences seek to belong to a larger community for support and understanding...
We can see it in here even, how all K1ers group and all k3ers group, and then we subroup in specific service center groups, ethnicity of the partner, stage of the process (pre k visa, post marriage aos), etc... it's all about relating, I think.

And how do they relate to Canadian women, since men married to Canadian
women were also invited to join the group?
