Hi all, I returned home an hour ago from my EAD appointment at
Charlotte, NC. Finally got my EAD. My appointment was on Apr. 10. It was
a very rainy day in Charlotte (flood warning). Little bit relaxed but
tired. Tomorrow I'll post my EAD timeline and experience at
www.kamya.com and update in this thread also. Hope everything works out

Hi,

Were you applying for AOS, or was this a K1 or K3 deal? I know you said you would post more info today, but I was wondering when you mailed the form, how long it took them to cash the checks, and then if you heard anything at all from them until you got your EAD appointment letter and how long that took to get.

So far, it's taken over a month to cash our checks, and we have not received any notification from them going on 7 weeks. I thought Charlotte sent out receipts, but maybe they don't.
