Re: good news for you Secret Garden
Hi "bill" (or should I call you "dave"?)
In an effort to remain positive, I'd like to thank you for your encouragement. I too suspect that we'll be approved within the next couple of months or so, but I believe it will most likely be mid-December or close to it before they get to May NOAs. I hope I'm wrong.
Since we have no new NSC report to go on, I'm getting my information from the davehollis site and the ezboard, and noted in another post that there were several mid-March approvals within the last few days. I wonder where you're getting your information?
Mr. Udall recently posted a message regarding the hiring of additional personnel at Nebraska "soon" (whatever that means), and pointed out the the applications for asylee AOS are legally supposed to be done by October 1st or soon after that.
I see these factors as a light at the end of the tunnel. Perhaps I'll have a nice present from Santa in the form of an I-129F approval in my stocking this year. I've been a very good girl.
