Default go to US on VWP and married or ask for fiancee visa?

Hi,
What is the fast an easy way to become a visa?

Go in on VWP and married there and wait for visa? Can i have a workpermit
then while i wait to my visa?I want start an own bussiness there, but i
think you have to wait for your visa, or not? What time take it when you
married there and go to local INS for ask my visa and you receive a
workpermit.

Or should i ask fiancee visa? What time is it usual( i think i have to go to
Fresno because my fiancee live in Kern county)
Can i go to US while the visa process?VWP or other visa?

I want start an own bussines there, can i receive a visa on investment base?
How much need you to invest, i read about 1000000USD?(Thats a little to much

If you are planning on getting married and living in the US, why do you
want an investment based visa??
My understanding is the business visa also requires the business to
remain in business.

If your intent is to immigrate, then you do not do it with a tourist
visa or visa waiver.
Either get married before you immigrate and file for a spousal visa, or
get a fiance visa and marry in the US.

Whatever you do, remember they don't like people going 120 MPH in a
Formula Firebird in Kern County, no matter how deserted the road is.
(The good news was CHP was pacing a van at 90 and wasn't clocking my
speed, so I got a ticket for 90)

Default Hey, MT?

Did Califunky ever start using radar? I know it used to be outlawed and the state patrol used to have to clock you from the side roads. Guesss I'm dating myself.....

Yes, they can use radar if the road is marked as saying so.
I notice they still have a few speedy Camaros.
