g325a & i130 question
I am trying to get an I130 ready to file. At the time we started we were going to
file for a k1. The g325a has other checked, that was signed, and it would take weeks
to get a new one back and forth. Do you think I should write in 'conditional status',
use whiteout and check the status as pemanent resident box or ?????
Also, at the botton it a box , it says 'Applicant: ...' and says to put your name
below, now I am the petitionary filing for the beneficiary, acording to the I130
form. Neither is called the Applicant here. I am really the one applying, but it
seems more logical that the beneificary is who it would be tracked by. So what goes
here on the G325A form? The name of the person filling out the form (boths names,
each on their own form), the name of the peritioner, or the name of the beneficiary
for the forms included with the I130?
