G-325b
Hi,
I have been in this country for seven years already and I want to
apply for citizenship (which I think I am eligible). But I was in the
military and right now was completely out, so I have to complete G-325B
form along with N-400 form and send back to USCIS. Now, my question is,
how am I fill out this form? Do I need to take it back to my battery
and have my previous C.O. (which we have no communication for almost 2
years, and I don't even know if he is an Iraq or transfer to other
place...) to fill it? Or there's a place (any military service) that I
can do it locally? This is because I now live in another state.
Thanks, Kyle

I am in the military and just sent my application packet in. WERE YOU IN
ACTIVE DUTY ON OR AFTER SEPTEMBER 11? If not, you can't do military
naturalization.

No, I was out before 09/11. Moreover, I was only in Reserve Unit. I
have been live in this country for almost 8 years now and I am applying
my citizenship through a regular green card holder who lives in this
country for more than 5 years. But since I saw the application requires
a form to be submitted if one was in the military. I thought I might
need to do it.
