Default G-325A...how many do I fill out???

I'm just beginning the K-1 process and I want to make sure I
understand the requirements for the g-325a form. My question: Is the
form really four pages long, and does each of us need to fill out four
pages (in total 8) to turn in with the petition? Since I'm
downloading the forms, I just wanted to make sure I was clear on this.
Thanks!

Yes, it's a 4 part form, the pages may all look the same at first glance but
they do differ slightly. You should notice towards the bottom it says on
each page: 'Submit all 4 pages of this form'

If you use the Fillable pdf's you only have to fill it in once and it then
prints all 4 pages for you.

As Morkai said look on the bottom of each page.
Each page is sent to a different government dept.

Yes you do have to complete one set each.

If you can fill it in on the computer, it sure helps, if not
you have to print them off and fill them in individually !!!
For your info, the old sets of forms that were sent our, were
different coloured pages.
Just in case you come across it, the downloaded sheets, all
white, are perfectly acceptable,

We had to send in one for myself, one for my wife and one for my daughter (who emigrated with us)

Good luck

The actual form is a four page carbon form.
Each page is different color and goes to a different place.
So, if you are using the actual paper form, you only have to fill it out
one time, pressing hard......

If you download the form, you need all 4 pages.

Even this is inconsistent. I did DCF and received only a single copied
G-325a (actually, my wife and I received one each). There was no
"4-part" form and it was never an issue. Perhaps the consulate just
didn't use the other 3 pages and didn't care. I also read here a long
time ago that someone was told that 3 of the 4 pages are thrown away (or
actually saw them being thrown away).

I think the OP needs all 4 pages I'm just pointing out that here, yet
again, nothing can be counted on as consistent where this process is
concerned

I didn't see it mentioned here, so: the reason for filling out the fillable PDF form is because it fills out each of the four pages simultaneously! We put in as much as we could and printed them all off - anything else was written in.

Sam.
