G-325A biographic info questions
1) In the section about employers addresses. Do I put the address from the W-2 or do I put the address I actually went to work? The W-2 address for the company is in a different city.
2) Last occupation abroad. I don't know how to answer this. I was a student. Should I put student, or just say "none" ?
3) My husband worked in a foreign country for 10 months over a decade ago. The form asks for last occupation abroad IF not shown in the section of employment last 5 years. Should my husband go ahead and list the 10 month employment on the form, even though he didn't work a full year? Should he list the occupation abroad too?
4) Do my husband and I put my Waiver "A" number on the G-325A form or do we leave it blank?
