Default Fuming in Florida update no # 2

Well the (thought to be) Swedish woman who chased after my father
married an 80 yr old man after flying to Vegas..turns out she used a
fake* SS number for their marriage liscense there.....it was revealed
recently when she went to the local SS office (this old man has no
clue what she's up to) and filed for her SS card trying to use the
phony number and was CAUGHT..also it turns out she had filled out
papers with (made up) numbers for members of her family located in
Bulgaria, which we figure is where she is actually from.
The SS office will now not let her file for a SS number for at least
the next 2 years and her elderly husband (if he doesnt dump her) will
have to hire an attorney to straighten out this newest mess she has
created....i do have a question tho..
if she used a fake SS number to obtain a marriage liscense in Vegas
..is the marriage a legal one?
"stay tuned"

Wow! All I can say is "unbelievable"! Looks like her days could
possibly be numbered.

Well whatever happens we want to know about it. This is better than a good book and helps us divert our attentions away from the INS pain we are all suffering.

This reminds me of the day that my husband and I had our AOS interview in Indianapolis.

A very young Filipino girl was there with her very, very much older wheelchair bound husband.

I am not joking when I say that the guy was shaky and drooling. He couldn't have been coherent enough to know why he was even there!

I don't know their situation and I'll keep my thoughts about that to myself... but it was just a very odd thing to see.

This woman sounds like a total loony toon, and I hope she doesn't own a rabbit! I can't believe the lengths some people go to to stay in the US. (No offence intended of course. I'm aware of why it appeals to most, I've been there!! )
I hope this poor man escapes from all that unscathed, and this horrible woman gets what she deserves.

I would say the marriage is legal unless he seeks anullment based on
fraud.... I don't believe there is a requirement for a SSN to make a
marriage 'legal'.

A complaint must come from the victim and not a relative.

I also don't believe this is the right place for this silly story and
you should see an attorney to represent YOU, if you can find one to
take the case!
