Forgive me for a question which has probably been asked a million
times, but in all my searches on the web and in this newsgroup, I seem
to have found several different answers and my brain has turned to
mush.
So, my boyfriend (er, fiance) and I are getting married I entered
the US as a tourist from Canada (I have no I-94) last June. We're
going to just do a city hall civil ceremony, probably within the next
few weeks, and in the meantime I'm starting to get our paperwork
together.
I'm going to order forms from the INS... I mean, BCIS website.
I know I need I-485, biographic info, work permit, advance parole and
affadavit of support.
Do I do the medical one now as well? Is there anything else I'm
missing?
