Form I-94 and completing the I-129F application
Hi again, I have a further question relating to one of the forms of evidence for completing the I-129F - it mentions that if the beneficiary(myself) has ever travelled to the USA (which I have on lots of occasions) I may have been issued Form I-94 Arrival-Departure Record. I am not aware of this form and travelled via the Visa Waver program and more recently ESTA. Can I ignore this?
Thanks in advance
Keith

Where does it ask this? From what I recall it asks for I-94 only if the beneficiary is in the USA at the time when the form was filed.
You need to make sure that you read the form and instructions carefully.
Regardless, i-94 details are available online. Google it and make sure you go to the .gov website.

Just so you know, the ESTA is what allows you to use the VWP. Without an approved ESTA, you would have required a visa to enter the US. I-94's are a thing of the past. Use to be stapled in your passport. As Tom169 said, it is available online. Don't know why you need it though.
