Form DS-3032 Question
To anyone who can help:
We have sent the Form DS-3032 to my mother-in-law in the Philippines by
fax machine.
Can she sign and date it, then fax it back to us, so we can mail it to
the National Visa Center?
Or does she have to mail the original?
Thanks for any help,
Frank

Re: Form DS-3032 Question
The signature definitely must be an original. I think fax copies of forms
also aren't acceptable; so you should really send the original form to
her.
