Hi,
I am outside the USA, and filling out a DS-230 Part 1. I am being
petitioned by a citizen son. One of the questions on the form asks to
include info on all childres (name, DOB, address), and here is where I
am in doubt.
One of my older sons lives in the USA (not the petitioner) but has no
status at this point. He does not hold a visa, hence he is currently
"undocumented". On the form, I have to list his address but I am
concerned that this information might affect him - Is there any reason
to worry?
Also, what if I go to the interview and they ask me about his status?.
My answer would be that he is out-of-status but adjusting it via a
sibling petition (yes I know this will take a decade) and that's it. I
think this answer is valid, and should not be given any trouble over
it, what do you think?
Thnx.
