finally! nsc approval :)
1st NOA 11-September 2002
2nd NOA 19-February 2003
I called tonight for the first time and heard the petition was approved! It's also showing online, now, though it wasn't yesterday. It's amazing how much of a relief this is, even though now he has to get through the interview, heh.
Good luck to everyone else out there. I'm sure I'll once again be asking many more questions! (anyone from Germany?)

congratulations
Congratulations!! I am so happy for you. Our petition was filed on 12/09 and if they just got around to your's - I suppose we still hae 3 months to go... :-(
But either way, it is great to hear others are getting through.
Best of luck to you both! I'm sure the interview will be fine.

yay! congratulations!
I'm telling you, I am like a junkie. I come here everyday checking several times a day just to find another NSC K-1 approval because it means they are one application closer to mine. And when I see one it's like I have had my fix and can sit back and relax for a little while until the urge for another fix arises...the very next day.
thanks, mca, for giving me a much needed fix. I hope you are united with your loved one soon.

Right on! I totally agree with you Thing1 - every NSC approval means 1 down, X many to go. Which means we are all one step closer to an approval.
Great way to look at it, don't you think? ;-)

My fiance is from Germany although we're not nearly done with our waiting.
So maybe you can tell us how your adventure goes. We'd love to hear
about it!

Lori, once M has his interview I will definitely answer any questions you might have ... for some reason there seems to be a dearth of posters from that country. Haven't quite figured out why ...
Anyway -
thanks, everyone else, for your well wishes. Thing1, I've got to say I've never been happier to enable a junkie ;)

Woohoo
I'm so happy they're in the middle of September...cool i saw another approval with someone's date of september 25th...oh cool....hey they might actually be going a little faster....they're getting up to october....don and jstott must be so excited and all you september and october people...i've resigned myself to July and if it happens before that I'm going to be overjoyed and ecstatic that I might actually be able to keep my July 5th date afterall...but alas that's just a dream....i was so crazy i sent a copy of the I-134 with the I-129F so they could just send it in to London so they'd have their copy....but just in case they lost it i made a copy for my fiance for the interview.....while i'm over there next month we're gonna fill out his packet 3 and go to the london consulate personally and open a provisional file....many have said this is pointless while others have said it has speeded up their process....so i'm going with the latter point of view.
