NOA 1 (Vermont) :April 15 2003
RFE
Then case got DENIED on september 17!!!!

Refiled case:
NOA 1(Vermont):October 6
NOA2ecember 9
NVCecember 29
US Embassy Vienna:January 5 2004
Interview Date:?

Finally we almost made it!!!After such a long and difficult time we re almost at the end....Just a little bit more to go now.Waiting for one more paper and then i can schedule my interview.
Wana wish the best here for everyone who s still waiting..and don t ever give up your hope,cuz the way might be long but you all will make it at the end!!Thanks also for all the help and support from this forum.

true relationship is worth this pain !

I've been lurking on here for awhile through the newsgroup and have seen the things that you went through.

I am very happy to see that your case is finally coming along and that you will be reunited with your beloved soon!!

Congrats on getting ur NOA2 i know how it feels. Not long now to wait i am sure. I sent in my forms on the 22 December and now got my interview on 21 January.

Seems like everyone is moving to Boston

Good luck from me too, it seems like your case is going through quickly since you refiled.

I'm Boston bound too, it does seem a popular destination. I sent my forms in the other day and am hoping *touch wood* to be there in March as our baby is due in the first week of April. Is that unrealistic?

Whatever happens I'll be in Medford in March, I'll just have to go as a tourist and come back for the interview.

I know you have had some trouble in the past, but I have to admit I don't remember what it was. Why was your initial visa petition denied?

I remember the unusually long waits for a bunch of us going through Vermont and your particularly bad luck and hard times with this process afterwards... glad to know all's going forward for you now and hope you're reunited soon.
