FINALLY IT"S OVER I-751 TSC APPROVED!
Now we can finally close this chapter with the INS.
After 4 yrs (almost it's finally over)
Filed I-751 jan18th2002 TSC recieved Jan22nd. Never recieved any noa March 15th
recieved Letter stating Conditions are now removed as of March9th 2002. Funny this is
the same day i spoke to my senator and had him call and find out what happened to our
NOA that never showed up, then today we recieve the Approval letter with No interview
request dated March9th, wonder if the senator calling sped it up or just an amazing
coincidence.
Total timeline
June1998 filed AOS Sept1998 recieve first ead at Charlottle NC Sept 1999 recieve
second EAD Dec 1999 recieve Interview letter for Jan2000 Jan 2000 have interview
April 2000 recieve Conditional status. Jan 2002 File condtions to be removed March
2002 Condtions removed.
Now onto Citizenship later this yr. Good luck to everyone else out there still
waiting and thankyou all so much for all the help you have provided us over the past
couple of yrs we have been here.
Funny thing was when the senator's office called me back last friday he told me that
it would be processed within the next two to three weeks and would then be forwarded
to Charlottle for Interview.
1. it was approved the very same day he called me, and 2. It never was sent for
interview, they appoved it with out.
All I have to do now is go to charlottle NC to with three new pics and wait about 6
months for my new card.

Sorry, just asked for the timeline in another thread. Duh...~g~ Congrats!!! Wow,
that's damn fast...I can only hope our case will be handled by TSC just as
