Filing Question??
When filing for CR-1 what is required when filing DCF with spouse in home country. There is also an I-601 that is being ajudicated now if we have left something out would that have been caught by now. We were told not to worry about the support document until later and I want to know if it will delay our case or are they waiting to get I-601 approval before going any further. We are expecting an waiver response this month or next and I hate to think of anything going wrong?????

They have to hop around from desk to desk and scratch their heads like an
office full of chimpanzees before they can figure out if you left anything out.
