Default Filing for AOS. How many G-325A do we need

Hello,
My husband and I are getting ready to send out his AOS forms, he moved
here and got married on a K-1 visa, so we've already done the I-130.
Do we each need to fill out the biograhpic info on ourselves, the
G-325A, or do we just send in his? Thanks for your help!

You need one set of G325A's for each of you for adjustment of status. I am not sure what the I130 is about if he came on a K-1, though.

My advice would be to include one from each of you. I got turned away once in Miami for not having Corey's (USC), after I was told by the Customer Service Center I wouldn't need one for him. I think each office(r) has it's own rules, so better to be safe than sorry.

The I-130 is not needed as he entered on a K1.
