Does anyone have any information about getting a K-1 visa if your fiancee in living
in another county besides theirs. She is living in England but her home country is
South Africa. Will she have to return to South Africa?

No - you should list the Embassy/Consulate where your fiancée is residing. In fact on
the I-129F (Question 20) where you write in the Embassy/Consulate you want the
application processed at, it says that "designation of a Consulate outside of the
country of your fiancée's last residence does not guarantee processing by that
Consulate". Your fiancée should use the London Embassy. Take Care. Shelley
