fiance visa, what if
hello all!!
i've been to the us before on a j1 visa,
i didn't overstay or anything, and AFAIK, i'm not subject to the 2 year
residency thing.
i have a SS number.
Now, i'd love to go back to the US and stay there for a couple of months,
and work while i'm there.
AFAIK, the fiance visa allows you to stay in the US and work,
and since you enter the country, you must marry within 90 days.
What happens if i enter the country, but don't get married?
for example, i work for 60 days, then see some sights, and then leave,
before 80 days go by?
would i be denied other visas in the future?
any special advice???
THANK you,
really.

Sounds like visa fraud to me which could incur a future ban!

Re: fiance visa, what if
thanks.
i do have an exgirlfriend in the us who could do the other half of the
process.
maybe this would be considered visa fraud, so i'll not
expose her to be a part of this...
or wouldn't it???
